Service Description
Studio Rental at On Stage. STUDIO OPTIONS: We have 3 rooms available for rentals, with wooden floors, mirrors, and professional sound system. Studio 1: 125AED/per hour Up to 20-25 people. It has one glass wall which can see through the reception area. Studio 2: 150AED/per hour. Up to 40 people. Complete private room. Equipped with strip LED lights, and spotlights perfect for shootings. Window blinds for a complete blackout vibe. Studio 3: 80AED/per hour. Private classes studio. Maximum 4 people. Glass wall which can see through the reception area but can be covered by window blinds. BOOKING POLICIES: - Sending a rental request doesn't confirm the booking. Our Management will come back to you accepting or declining your booking as per our activities on the booking day (some of the internal activities are not reflected in our bookings system) - PAYMENT IS REQUIRED in advance in order to confirm your booking. - Please make sure you submit your personal details properly so our team can get in touch with you and proceed with the payment in advance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Booking hours must be strictly respected in order to avoid next classes delay. - 1.5h hours bookings are available. - On Stage Studio doesn't provide any changing rooms. Please inform accordingly your attendees in case they need to change, so they can do it inside the booked room, or at the washrooms in the common areas of the building. - Food is not allowed inside any of the studios. - On Stage Studio is not responsible of any lost item within our premises. We don't have 'Lost & Found' department. - Any damage or breakage of any element inside the studio from your attendees during the booking period will be covered by the person responsible of the booking. - Indecent exposure, nudity or not-appropriate clothes are not allowed within the premises of our studio. CANCELATION POLICIES: - In order to confirm your booking, full payment must be settled. No payment, no confirmation. - Cancellation 24 hours prior the day of the booking will be entitled of rescheduling on another convenient day/time. - Cancellation on the same booking day will be considered as NO-SHOW. Full payment of the booking will be considered as a cancellation fee. - In any case, we apply NO REFUND POLICY.
